How do I set up additional users?

  • Click Admin in the menu bar, then click Users.
  • Click New.
  • Enter the user ID. This should be unique to each user.
  • Enter first and last name.
  • Assign a temporary password.
  • Choose the appropriate user role from the drop down menu. (Learn how to set up additional user roles.)
  • Assign one home terminal, or grant access to all terminals.
  • Click Save.
  • You will return to the Users page. Click view to see all users in the system.
