My driver is getting an invalid ID/password error on the tablet.

• Go to Setup > Drivers. Click View.
• Click on the name of the driver experiencing login issues.
• Verify the driver's ID and make sure the driver is entering the correct information.
• Scroll down to Web Access and click Change Password.
• Enter the new password, confirm, and click Save.
