My driver is getting an invalid ID/password error on the tablet.
              
                - Go to Setup > Drivers. Click View.
 
                - Click on the name of the driver experiencing login issues.
 
                - Verify the driver's ID and make sure the driver is entering the correct information.
 
                - Scroll down to Web Access and click Change Password.
 
                - Enter the new password, confirm, and click Save.
