Here are the next steps in the ordering process:

GPS:

  • The CommandGPS verification team will contact your customer to verify order details.
  • Once verified, the order will then begin to be processed.
  • CommandGPS will send ESN’s to Sprint’s Alternate Channel Support to activate PTN’s.
  • Sprint Alternate Channel takes 24 hours to activate PTNs.
  • Once notified, CommandGPS will activate and ship the devices to your customer. The customer will receive an email that will include login credentials for accessing the CommandGPS web portal. Once the order details are verified, this process, including shipping, can take 5-7 business days.

ELD:

  • The CommandGPS verification team will contact your customer to verify the following order details:
    • Shipping address
    • Home Terminal Information (terminal name, address and time-zone)
    • Device type
    • Cable type
  • Once verified, the order will then begin to be processed.
  • CommandGPS will send ESN’s to Sprint’s Alternate Channel Support to activate PTN’s for both the device and tablet, respectively.
  • Sprint Alternate Channel takes 24 hours to activate PTNs.
  • Once notified, CommandGPS will activate and ship the devices to your customer.
  • When a client receives the solution, these are the following steps to complete the activation process on the customer side:
    • Plug-in device
    • Turn tablet on
    • Select device to connect to tablet
    • Enter Vehicle ID
    The Customer will also receive an email that will include login credentials foraccessing the CommandGPS web portal. Once the order details are verified, this process, including shipping, can take 5-7 business days.
  • Our customer success team will contact the customer to welcome and help them with onboarding.
