A software update is now available for your ELD software. This update includes the ability to send logs via web service during roadside inspections, improved notice of diagnostics and malfunctions, and enhanced support capabilities.
You will be prompted when the update is available on your tablet(s). It is important that you click accept/allow for all updates when prompted.

Beginning late November 2017, a software update will be made available for all tablets to continue to bring you expanded ELD services. You will notified by email when the update is ready. The instructions above will walk you through updating your tablet.
If you received your devices after Nov. 24, 2017, you are already on the most recent software version. Existing customers who received devices before that date will need to follow these steps.
